Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. But, feel free to contact us and we can possibly add you to our list!

What is your method of shipment?
  At The Ribbon Jar our shipping is done through The United States Postal Service. Our preferred method of shipment is Priority and Express shipping domestically. Internationally, we ship using Global Priority.

As a new alternative, we have added First Class or Air Mail postage to the available shipping options. With this method there is no delivery confirmation or tracking number. Packages are shipped in padded envelopes instead of sturdy boxes. There is also a forty-five cent handling fee added to each First Class order. Customer chooses this option at own risk. Ribbon may be creased and delivery time cannot be guaranteed. You will be notified of shipment, but customer accepts all responsibility for lost, misdirected, or damaged packages.

How do I track a package?
  We use USPS Delivery Confirmation on every order shipped. This will provide you with a tracking number, but that number is used for delivery confirmation. The USPS website will provide you with feedback if your ordered has been delivered or not. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days in transit. To locate your Delivery Confirmation number, go to "My Account" and find the recent order you placed. There you will see the USPS Confirmation number.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your jar and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 24-48 business hours after your order has been placed.
What is the return policy?
  Since we deal with custom cut products we can not offer returns unless the wrong product was sent to you. Please contact us within three days of your incorrect product arrival so that we can get the right product to you. We will send a shipping call tag along with the replacement product, therefore you don't pay for any shipping charges. If the original shipment is not returned, you will be charged for the replacement product and shipping and handling charges. If the correct product was sent in the original shipment you will be charged for return shipping and handling along with a 15% restocking fee.
All replacement products are shipped USPS Priority unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by you, the customer, prior to shipment.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
