This taffeta ribbon is something special. Beautiful colored ribbon that has a silky shimmer and a coordinating ruffle on both edges. Through this an ombre ribbon is pulled through. The ombre graduates from light to dark within it's width. Since it is actually pulled through both sides of the ribbon are equally fabulous.
