Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I cancel my order?
  Please submit any cancellation via email to orders@ribbonjar.com, our business phone at 503.990.7084.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer able to be cancelled. The order cannot be cancelled online. This is because we authorize the transaction for payment at checkout and that requires the order to become locked.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Since payment is authorized at checkout you are not able to change quantities or cancel an item online. Please follow the instructions for cancelling an order, above, to change an item from your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for further assistance.
My package is missing products.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If all of your packages have been delivered and you are still missing products, please contact us within 72 business hours (3 Days) of package delivery.
